Directions to Fairchild Semiconductor
- Airport
- Take I81S to exit 166 (45), Rt 309. Turn left at the light and travel up
the mountain on Rt 309S. After you start coming down into "downtown"
Mountain Top, take a left at the 3rd traffic light by McDonalds. The plant is the 3rd exit
on the left.
- Motels/Hotels
- If you are staying at the East Mountain Inn, take I81S from the
Airport to exit 170 (47A), Bear Creek. Take the 1st left off R115. Other hotels/motels can be
reached by taking exit 170 (47E), Kidder St. See Wilkes-Barre area.
Use the directions from the airport to get to the plant.
- Car
- From the north, follow the directions from the airport. From the
south, take I80 to exit 162 (39N), Rt 309. Turn north on Rt 309 for approximately 7 miles, and
turn right at the 3rd traffic light by McDonalds.
